Why UX
What began as a curiosity about how people think, behave, and interact with the world led me to explore psychology, sociology, and ultimately, HCI. I see design as the bridge for utilizing these insights to improve lives, help users achieve their goals, and deliver impactful experiences.
Design Philosophy
Frictionless. The best design is often invisible, blending in so perfectly that it feels as if it barely exists. (On the other hand, we only notice design when it fails.) I aim to create experiences that are effortlessly integrated into the user's journey.
Thoughtful. Good designers should always think one step ahead of the user. By combining a deep understanding of the context with creative strategy, my goal is to provide solutions exactly when they are needed—even before the request arises.
Inclusive. No one should have to adjust themselves to fit a product. In a world already filled with obstacles and inequity, the last thing I want to create is another product that makes anyone feel excluded. Accessibility doesn't just help specific groups; it improves the experience for everyone.
Ethical. Design should make the world a better place. A seamless experience loses its value if it falls into dark patterns, like exploiting attention through doom-scrolling or manipulating users. As designers, we must take responsibility for our impact, establishing guardrails to ensure we solve societal problems rather than creating new ones.
